消毒供应室工作人员发生锐器损伤危险因素及处理方法调查分析

目的了解消毒供应室人员发生锐器损伤的危险因素及处理方法，以便制订防护对策。方法对广州市三所三级甲等医院供应室工作人员（包括护士和工人）进行锐器伤职业曩露危险因素及正确处理职业曩露方法调查。结果锐器损伤职业曩露主要发生在器械分类、器械回收、清洗过程及处理医疗废物过程：不到半数人员能采取正确处理职业曩露的措施。结论供应室工作人员应明确锐器损伤职业曩露的主要环节，加强人员职业曩露的教育，面临职业曩露危险时，应该采取正确的处理方法。以预防经血泺性裹病的传播，减少供应室人员职业曩露的危险。

Objective To investigate the risk factors andmanagementofblunt injury onmedical staff in supply room, and to make up the preventionmethods.Methods The occupational exposure risk factors ofblunt injury occurred onmedical staff in supply room （ including nurses and ordinaryworkers） in three GradeA hespitalswere analyzed and correctmanagement towards occupational exposure were investigated.Results Blunt injuries mainly occurred in the course of classification, retrieve and clearance of equipments, and sometimes occurred during the process of dispesnlmedical garbage. Less than half of the workers adopted correct management towards occupational exposure.Conclusion The key points of occupational exposure ofblunt injury should be identified by the workers of supply room. And the workers should learn the correct management towards occupational exposure. Thus the incidence of dissemination ofhematogenic diseaseswould decrease. And the occupational exposure riskwould beminimized.
