摘要
采用水热合成法以锐钛型Zr/TiO2纳米粒子为原料制备了掺杂锆二氧化钛纳米管,用TEM、EDS、BET对其进行了表征.结果表明,采用水热合成法制备的纳米管,其形貌均一,多层管壁.比表面积达到了291m2·g-1,远远大于Zr/TiO2纳米颗粒的比表面积(76m2·g-1).以罗丹明B为目标降解物的光催化实验表明,与Zr/TiO2纳米颗粒相比,Zr/TiO2纳米管的光催化活性有了显著的提高.
Zr-doped TiO2 nanotubes were successfully synthesized by a hydrothermal method, using Zr-doped anatase TiO2 powders as precursor. The nanotubes were characterized by TEM ,EDS and BET. The results showed that the Zr-doped TiO2 nanotubes were regular, multi-walled tubes with large surface areas. The surface area of the Zr/TiO2 nanotubes was 291 m^2·g^-1 ,which is much larger than the 76 m^2·g^-1 surface area of Zr/TiO2nanopowders. The Zr-doped TiO2 nanotubes had higher photocatalytie activity for the degradation of Rhodamine B (RB) than that of Zr-doped TiO2 nanopowders.
