摘要
介绍了以3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵为改性剂接枝改性壳聚糖,制备了2-羟丙基三甲基壳聚糖季铵盐。用其对啤酒污水进行了絮凝处理,讨论了沉降时间,壳聚糖季铵盐的用量,pH值对啤酒污水絮凝效果的影响。结果表明:当沉降时间t=18 min,壳聚糖季铵盐添加量为10 mg/L,pH=8时,絮凝效果最好,污水的浊度值可降至3.5。
Using the 3-chloro-2-hydroxypropyl-3-methyl-ammonium chloride as the modifier, the chitosan was grafted. The 2-hydroxypropyl-3-methyl-chitosan quaternary ammonium salt was obtained. It was applied in dealing with the beer sewage. The effect of settling time, the amount of quaternary ammoniumsalt derivative of chitosan used, and pH on flocculation of the beer sewage was discussed. When the settlement time is 18 min and the concentration of the quaternary ammoniumsalt derivative of chitosan reaches 10 mg/L, the pH value gets to 8, the flocculation effect is the best. The turbididy value reduces to 3. 5.
