摘要
应用型材滚弯基本原理,分析U型钢的滚弯成形过程中出现的直线段的问题.在对现有的三辊、四辊成形机原理进行分析的基础上,采用六辊滚弯原理,研制出既能修复又能成形的U型调质钢滚压成形机、其技术关键在于两对动辊的综合,这种综合可通过复合机构实现.此种机构可实现修复与成形于一体 成为国内外先进的最新的机型.
U-shape steel has a great effect on the quality of plastic arch frames. On the basis of analysis of present 3-roll and 4-roll shaping machine's principle ,we have developed 6-roll shaping machine .In the meanwhile ,the hydraulic drive system of this machine is researched and satisfactary results are achieved .
