摘要
组织气氛是组织相对持久的特性,能够影响组织的绩效等方面。文章通过回顾以往国内外研究成果,总结了组织气氛的内涵、维度及其测量、作用以及形成过程,并对组织气氛未来发展趋势进行了展望。
The organizational atmosphere is a comparatively persistent feature in organization ,which may affect the efficiency and effect. Reviewing the past research outcomes,the paper predicts the future development of this research field.
