诱惑侦查是一种特殊侦查手段,具有直接性的特点,易于抓获犯罪嫌疑人,能更有效地收集犯罪证据和控制犯罪。与传统的"回应型"侦查相比,诱惑侦查有诸多的优势,并且具有法律上的容许性,既能打击犯罪,又能保障人权。但也应对其规制后,使其适度合法化。

The entrapment is the especial means of investigation, which is direct and easy to capture the criminal suspect. This method is efficient in terms of evidence collecting and controlling the suspects. Compared with the traditional response investigation, the entrapment has many advantages. It also conforms to the law which can combat crime and protect the human rights . It must be regulated and legalized in moderation.
