近几年我国持续的国际收支"双顺差",是当前经济内外失衡的集中表现。在陈述"双顺差"具体规模的基础上,分析了其形成原因及对我国经济的危害,相应提出了解决政策。在治标和治本两个层面上提出了解决"双顺差"问题的思路。
