改革开放20多年来,随着个体民营经济的迅速发展,山东省民间资本投资规模不断积累壮大,逐渐发展成为企业投资的重要组成部分。但是,民间投资的完全发展仍然存在诸多障碍,应该采取有力措施逐步解决这些问题,以最终形成适应市场经济要求的民间投资发展状态。

For more than 20 years of the reform and opening up of China, the private investment of Shandong province has been developed greatly with the development of individual and private economy, and has become an important part of the enterprise investment. However, there are still a good many obstructs to full development of private investment. A series of effectively measures should be taken to settle these problems gradually, in order to finally form conditions for the development of the private investment suitable for the market economy.
