摘要
以10 a生盆栽红富士苹果为试材,通过土施氯化镉,研究了土壤镉含量对苹果叶片镉含量及叶绿素含量的影响。结果表明,在苹果生长发育各个时期,叶片中的镉含量随土壤中镉含量的增加而增加,两者呈显著正相关。叶片中镉的富集系数随土壤镉含量的增加而降低。在苹果生长发育各个时期,叶片叶绿素含量随着土壤镉含量的增高而降低,两者呈极显著负相关。叶片叶绿素含量随叶片镉含量的增加而降低,两者呈极显著负相关。
10 - year- old pot - cultured Fuji apple trees were used in this trial to study the effects of soil Cadmium concentration in leaf and fruit Cadmium concentration of apple.Result indicates that in different growth period, leaf Cadmium concentration increasod with the increasing of soil Cadmium concentration, there existed significant positive correlation between them. The absorption coefficients of leaf were decreased with the increasing of soil Cadmium concentration. In different growth period, leaf chlorophyll concentration decreased with the increasing of soil Cadmium concentration, there existed significant negative correlation between them. The leaf ehlorophyU concentration decreased with the increasing of leaf cadmium concentration, there existed significant negative correlation between them.
