Research on the risk of overseas take-over and countermeasures from the cases of TCL and lenovo

结合TCL、联想、中海油等跨国并购案例,对我国企业在跨国并购中存在的问题进行了探讨,指出我国企业在海外并购中主要面临着政治、法律、融资及整合风险,并针对上述问题提出了风险防范对策。

This paper makes a discussion of the preblems existing in our national enterprises which have made overseas take-over activities. These enterprises include TCL,Lenovo and CNOOC. It also points out that our national companies face political,legal,finacial and integration risks in the oversea take-over activity. In the end,the paper discusses strategies of countermeasures.
