全面振兴东北老工业基地 再造中国经济第四增长极

Revitalizing Northeast industrial base in all-round way and recreating the fourth growth pole of China's economy

针对东北老工业基地经济发展落后的现状,分析了经济发展滞后的主要原因和全面振兴东北老工业基地的可行性,并提出了深化国企改革、调整产业结构和经济结构、加强区域经济一体化、培育产业集群竞争优势、提高开放水平等对策,推动东北老工业基地的振兴的,以期成为我国经济发展的第四增长极。

In view of the backward situation of Northeast old industrial base＇s economic development,this paper analyzes the chief causes and points out the feasibility of revitalizing the old Northeast industrial base. The paper puts forward the following countermeasures： deepening state-owned enterprises＇ reform,adjusting industrial structure and economic structure,strengthening regional economic integration,cultivating industry colony competitive advantages, revitalizing Northeast old industrial base to become China＇s fourth economic growth pole.
