摘要 提出了用过热水蒸气作切削冷却润滑剂的绿色切削技术,研制了小型蒸气发生器;分别在干切削、乳化液和水蒸气为冷却润滑剂的条件下,对硬质合金刀具YG6切削钛合金TC4和高温合金GH4169时刀具的后刀面磨损进行了研究,建立了切削速度与刀具使用寿命的关系式;试验结果表明水蒸气作冷却润滑剂可减少刀具磨损,提高刀具寿命。 A new green cutting technology with water vapor as coolants and lubricants have been proposed, the small water vapor generator was developed, and then tool wear experiments was researched in cutting TC4 and GH4169 by using of tool YG6 with application of dry cutting, oil emulsion and water vapor, respectively. The relation equation between cutting speed and tool life was set up. The results show the tool flank wear is reduced much more with application of water vapor as coolants and lubricants.
