摘要
提出了一种基于单片机的瓦楞辊磨床经济型数控系统的设计方案。该系统采用了多个单片机处理器,主处理器执行数控系统的实时检测、控制与管理任务,而辅处理器仅用于运动控制的脉冲输出,由此实现了对三坐标数控磨床的精确控制。该数控系统成本低、功能实用、运行可靠,而且操作与维护容易,性能价格比非常突出。
A design scheme of MCU - based economical NC system for corrugated roller grinding machine is proposed in this paper. In order to realize accurate motion control of 3 - axis NC grinding machine, the system is controlled with multi - processor of MCU, the main processor is used to implement real - time detecting, control and management, and the co -processor is adopted specially to generate uniform pulses. Thus the manipulation and maintenance of the system is fairly easy and the performance -to -price ratio is greatly outstanding.
