网络化制造环境下的项目管理知识体系研究

Study on Knowledge System of Project Management in Networked Manufacturing Environment

在充分考虑网络化制造特点的基础上,借鉴已有传统项目管理知识体系的优点,对网络化制造环境下的项目管理知识体系框架进行了初步的研究,并将知识管理作为主线贯穿整个项目管理知识体系的全部,初步建立了在网络化制造环境下基于知识管理的项目管理知识体系框架,为科学有效的建立网络化制造的项目管理体系提供了理论保障,为后续的进一步研究搭建了一个可持续发展的平台,是对项目管理在网络化制造过程中能得到更好应用的有益尝试。

On the basis of full consideration about the characteristics of networked manufacturing, benefiting from the excellences of traditional project management, this paper finished a primary research on the knowledge system framework of project management under the circumstance of networked manufacturing, which knowledge management runs through whole system of project management as a main clue. The knowledge system framework of project management under the circumstances of networked manufacturing is set up primarily. With the purpose to provide an academic guarantee for establishing the project management system of networked manufacturing logically and efficiently, this paper provided the basis of sustainable developments for future researches. And it is available for further application of project management in the field of networked manufacturing.
