摘要
分析了江苏化学工业目前所面临的新形势，提出了通过资产重组，组建“强强联合”的行业性化工集团是推动企业组织结构调整和全行业战略性结构调整的新选择的论点。
The new situation confronting Jiangsu chemical industry was analyzed. It was suggested that constructing strong-strong united chemical group through capital recomposition be a new option to promote the structural adjustment of chemical enterprises' organization and the strategic structural adjustment of the whole chemical industry.
