Report on Technical Investigation of Chemical Fertilizer and Chemical Plants in India and Thailand(Part Ⅰ)

１９９６年６月２６日—７月１０日，由化工部上海化工研究院、化工部国际合作司业务开发处组成的化肥和化工技术考察组，就印度、泰国的化肥和化工技术及产品的概况、市场、政策、销售、质监、标准、科研、合作等方面进行了重点考察。本文分３部分详细介绍考察的主要内容。

The Shanghai Research Institute of Chemical Industry under the Ministry of Chemical Industry and the Business Development Division of the International Cooperation Department of the Ministry of Chemical Industry formed a technical investigation team to visit India and Thailand from June 26 to July 10, 1996, with focus on the inspection of the general situation of chemical fertilizer and chemical technologies and products, their market, policies, sales, quality supervision, standards, scientific research and cooperation. This report describes in detail the main issues of the investigation in 3 parts.
