本文介绍了改良MDEA法脱碳工艺流程及在大丰化肥厂的实际应用情况。实践证明,改良MDEA法脱碳工艺具有净化度高、回收的CO2纯度高、能耗低、溶剂损耗小、操作弹性大等优点,完全能满足碳铵改产尿素的需要。
The improved MDEA process for CO 2 removal is described as well as its actual use in Dafeng Chemical Fertilizer Plant. Practice has proven that the improved MDEA process for CO 2 removal exhibits the advantages of a high degree of purification, high purity of the CO 2 recovered, low energy consumption, little loss of the solvent, and high versatility in operation, fully meeting the requirements for changing the production of ammonium bicarbonate to urea.
