摘要
目的:探讨骨痹消对兔实验性膝关节骨性关节炎血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及脂质过氧化的产物丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法:按陈崇伟等[1]介绍的伸膝制动方法建立膝关节骨性关节炎动物模型,并随机分为正常空白组(A组)、模型组(B组)、塞来昔布组(C组)、骨痹消组(D组)、壮骨关节丸组(E组),并于分组治疗6周、10周后检测血清中SOD、MDA含量。结果:用药6周、10周后,D组动物SOD含量显著高于B组、C组和E组,而MDA含量显著低于B组、C组和E组。结论:骨痹消能提高抗氧化酶的活性,抗质脂过氧化,抑制氧自由基对软骨细胞及基质的损害,从而起到防止并延缓关节软骨的退变的作用。
Objective: to study the effect of gubixiao on plasm SOD and MDA of the rabbits with the osteoarthritis of knee joint. Methods. OA animal model was duplicated by the way of Chen Chong-wei's introduction of the extended fixation technique and all the rabbits were fed under the same conditions. Rabbits were randomly divided into five groups(control group(A), model group(B), celecoxib group(C), gubixiao(D), zhuangguguanjie pill group(E)). Plasm SOD and MDA of the rabbits were dividedly measured after 6 weeks and 10 weeks after the rabbits were fixed Results: After medicines were taken for 6 weeks and 10 weeks, the contents of SOD were significantly higher in gubixiao group than other groups; while the contents of MDA were lower than other groups. Conclusion: gubixiao can inhibit the detriment of free radials to cartilage cell and extracellular matrix by increasing the SOD and lowing the MDA , while can prevent and alleviate degeneration of articular cartilage.
