糖尿病低血糖症的临床观察与分析

Clinical Observation and Analysis of diabetic Hypoglycemia

目的：探讨糖尿病低血糖症的原因及相关因素。方法：回顾性分析2001年9月-2007年9月接诊的经临床诊断为糖尿病低血糖症患者78例，逐例分析及总结其发病原因及特点。结果：过度血糖控制治疗或低HbA1C水平；新增加剧量运动，肾功能衰竭以及消化道疾病等都是糖尿病人发生低血糖的危险因素。讨论：糖尿病低血糖症的临床表现可因血糖下降程度、速度、个体反应及耐受性不同而呈多样化。对糖尿病患者要加强血糖的监测，随时调整降糖药物的治疗，以防止低血糖的发生。

Objective： To explore the reasons and correlative factors of the diabetic hypoglycemia. Method： 78 patients of diabetic hypoglycemia from September 2001 to September 2007 were reviewed, analyzed the reason and the characteristics one by one. Result. The dangerous factors of diabetic hypoglycemia include the excessively blood glucose control and low lever of HbA1C, additional movement, kidney function failure and enteron disease, ect. Conclusion： the clinical symptom of hypoglycemia on diabetes patients present diversification along with the different lower degree of blood glucose, velocity, individual response and tolerance, must strengthen monitor the blood glucose to the diabetic and adjust the medicine at any moment and prevent the hypoglycemia.
