摘要
研制出两种适用于增强增韧PET工程塑料用玻璃纤维的表面处理剂。研究了表面处理对玻璃纤维增强PET体系界面张力、界面粘结、力学性能及结晶行为的影响。结果表明,虽然双官能团环氧树脂水乳液和水溶性环氧树脂两种表面处理剂均适合于玻璃纤维增强PET体系,但前者对PET/玻璃纤维复合体系的浸润性、界面粘结和增强增韧效果优于后者。
Two kinds of surface modifiers of glass fiber(GF) ,epoxy resin emulsion(LE) and water-soluble epoxy solusion(KE),for reinforcing and toughening polyethylene terephthalate(PET) were developed and the effects of surface treatments on interfacial adhesion.crystallization and mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced PET composites were studied.The experimental results show that although both of the surface modifiers are suitable for PET/GF composites,the contribution of LE to interfacial adhesion,reinforcing and toughening is superior to KE.
