摘要
目的:探讨夏枯草中总三萜类成分的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验设计方案优化夏枯草中总三萜类成分的超声提取工艺。结果:最佳提取工艺为提取温度65℃,85%乙醇,超声30min,10倍溶剂用量,超声提取3次。结论:超声提取既简便又高产,节能且环保。
Objective： To study the extraction process of the total triterpenes from Common Selfheal with ultrasonic wave extraction. Methods： To optimize the ultrasonic wave extraction process with the orthogonal design method. Result： The optimum extracting conditions are studied as follows： the concentration of etha- nol is 85%, the extracting temperature is 65℃, the extracting time is 30 minutes and 10 times of solvent amounts used by each extracting for 3 times. Conclusion： The ultrasonic wave extraction method is simple and the extracting efficiency is very high. Meanwhile it saves energy and protects environment.
