聚氨酯弹性体制造纺织胶辊探讨

STUDY ON THE MANUFACTURE OF TEXTILE RUBBER ROLLER WITH POLYURETHANE ELASTOMER

制备了适于纺织胶辊使用的聚氨酯弹性体,并得到最佳合成工艺。该弹性体的耐腐蚀性、耐磨损性、耐臭氧老化性等明显优于丁腈-26。上机纺纱试验表明,其成纱条干CV值等指标与丁腈胶辊无明显差异,且简化了使用工艺,可代替丁腈-26制造纺织胶辊。

A polyurethane (PU)elastomer used for textile roller has been prepared.The corrosion-resistance,wear-resistance and ageing-resistance (in O3) of the PU elastomer obtained with optimum synthetic technology are clearly much better than that of NBR -26.In situ test on spinning-machine showed that there are no obvious differences of yarn quality CV value between PU and NBR rollers and that made the treatment of roller more simple.
