摘要
根据聚合物拉伸蠕变原理和光电原理,设计并制造了光电拉伸蠕变仪。该仪器实验精度、准确性较高,仪器误差和人为误差较小;可测试在标准和非标准条件下聚合物的拉伸蠕变性能。试验结果表明,蠕变与湿度成正比,本体黏度与湿度成反比。
According to the tensile creep principle and photoelectric principle of the polymer, the photoelectric tensile creep machine was designed and produced. The machine is highly accurate, both instrument error and human error of which are very small, and it can be used to test the tensile creep property of both standard and non-standard polymer. The testing results show that: the creep is directly proportional to humidity, and the bulk viscosity is inversely proportional to humidity.
