摘要
针对学院组织中的领导者和师生员工,分析了影响组织沟通有效性的因素,阐述了沟通满意感、沟通开放性与学院管理中的激励方式以及学院绩效的相互关系,提出了一组命题并构建了概念模型。分析结果表明:增强沟通满意感和沟通开放性有利于精神激励和情感激励,不利于薪酬激励;三类不同的激励方式都能促进学院绩效的改善;沟通满意感和沟通开放性的获得对提高学院绩效具有积极作用。
With respect to the leaders and staffs in colleges, the article has analyzed the influence factors of communication validity, elaborated the correlation between communication satisfaction, communication openness, incentive style and college performance, and proposed a group of propositions and constructed the conceptual model. The analysis result indicates that the enhancement of communication satisfaction and communication openness is advantageous to the spiritual incentive and the emotion incentive, but it is disadvantageous to the salary incentive and all of the three kinds of incentive style can promote the college performance improvement and the obtaining of the communication satisfaction and communication openness plays a positive role in enhancing the college performance.
