摘要
众所周知漏钢是连铸生产中最为严重的生产事故,造成巨大的直接和间接经济损失。通过对多次漏钢现象和工艺参数的总结和分析,在不同情况下找出漏钢的主要原因,并提出相应的预防措施,以减少漏钢事故的发生。
It is well known that breakout is the most serious accident in casting,it will cause a huge direct or indirect economic loss.The paper summarizes and analyzes the cases and casting parameters in the CSP Plant,the main reasons of breakout,and puts forward measures to decrease the ratio of accident.
