文章通过收集大量包钢CSPQ345B钢的生产数据,详细分析了结晶器保护渣、结晶器热流、拉速、浸入式水口等对Q345B钢薄板坯表面纵裂纹产生的影响,并采取相应对策改善质量。
Based on the casting parameters of Q345B in the CSP Plant of Baotou Steel, the paper analyzes the influences of mould powder, heat flux, casting speed and SEN (submerged nozzle) on the longitudinal crack, and puts forward countermeasures to improve the quality.
