摘要
采用宏观断口检查、金相分析、化学成分分析等方法对H13钢芯棒淬火裂纹成因进行了具体分析,结果表明芯棒裂纹是由于芯棒本体存在带状组织、疏松、夹杂等缺陷,同时淬火冷却不均匀从而导致淬火过程中应力过大使芯棒失稳开裂,并提出了改进措施。
This paper studies and analyses the cracking of core bar of H13 steel by macroscopic test, microstructure and chemical analysis. The main reasons of the cracking were because of the sturcture defects and nonuniform cooling during the quench hardening. Then the improvement method is proposed.
