在新的历史条件下,党员干部拒腐防变不仅关系党的执政地位,也关系到公安工作和队伍建设的发展进步,还关系着党员干部个人的健康成长。因此,党员干部要坚定理想信念,做一个堂堂正正的"明白人";坚持秉公用权,做一个兢兢业业的"老实人";纯洁个人交往,做一个清清醒醒的"社会人";倡导以俭养德,做一个坦坦荡荡的"正直人";加强监督制约,做一个自觉接受监督的"带头人"。

In the new historical condition, the party member cadres＇ resisting corruption concerns not only the reigning status of the CCP, but also the development and progress of the police work and its contingent construction, and the sound individual growth of the party member cadres as well. Therefore, the party member cadre has to firmly hold on to the ideal and belief to be a superb and righteous ＂person of awareness＂ ; stick to the principle of exerting the power impartially to be a cautious and conscientious ＂honest person＂ ; chasten their personal company to be a clear- headed ＂social person＂ ; advocate the virtue supported by frugality to be a magnanimous ＂upright person＂; intensify their consciousness of supervisory restriction to be a ＂person to take the lead＂ who would like to accept the supervision self- consciously.
