摘要
内应力的形成与胶层的粘弹性变化直接有关。胶层在粘流态、高弹态和转变区固化都不会形成巨大的内应力,只有在玻璃态、高度交联和高度结晶状态深度固化,才会形成永久性的巨大内应力,避免在这些状态下深度固化,是胶粘剂配方设计和固化工艺制订时必须遵守的原则。
The internal stress formation is related to change of elastico—viscosity of adhesive. The adhesive layer solidifies at sticty flow and high elatic and change area, all not form huge internal stress. Only if when depth solidifies at appearance of glass and highly cross and crystal huge internal stress perpetual is formed. The depth solidification of these appearance is avoided, it is must obtyed principle on design of formula and lay down of solidified technology.
