摘要
简要分析了玉米淀粉粘合剂氧化反应机理,认为反应主要发生在葡萄糖单元第六位碳原子的醇羟基上。详细论述了温度、pH值、氧化剂对反应的影响,提出用NaOH溶液调节淀粉液的pH值时,只要控制到合适的半糊化状态,反应便可在室温条件下顺利进行,时间仅需1小时。
This paper briefly analyses oxidation reaction mechanism of corn starch adhesive, it holds that the reaction has taken place in the alcohol hydroxy of the 6th carbon atom in an structure of glucose. It states the influence of temperature, pH and oxidant on the reaction is proceeding smoothly in the condition of room temperature and lasts only an hour, as long as half—cooked,state is controlled suitably, when NaOH is used for regulating pH of starch solution.
