摘要
在宏观大学生就业难形势下,农科大学生的就业难问题更为突出。分析了农科专业大学生就业难的原因,提出通过加强对农科学生的专业思想教育、人才培养力度、就业政策就业形势教育、就业观念教育以及就业指导等措施,转变农科专业毕业生观念,提升就业竞争力,促进就业。
It has been increasingly difficult for Agricultural university students to be employed, In the article we analyzed the reasons. Based on the reasons, we should change agricultural graduates concepts, enhance employment competitiveness and promote employment by strengthening agricultural student＇s specialized ideological education, personnel training dynamics, employment policy and situation education, employment idea education as well as career guidance.
