摘要
对天津农学院2003-2006届毕业生的专业结构、生源地区、就业流向及专业与就业对口等情况进行了分析。在毕业生专业结构日趋合理、外地生源比例增加的情况下,毕业生就业率和考研率逐年增加,其中工科类及特色专业就业率较高;天津成为毕业生就业的首选地,就业单位以企业为主,而且专业对口率逐年降低。同时,通过探讨影响毕业生就业的主要因素,提出进一步改善毕业生就业情况的相关对策。
This paper analyzed the instance of graduates' major structure, student resource regions, employment direction and whether their major and working fields are match etc. of Tianjin Agriculture University of 2003 - 2006. On the condition that the major structure become more reasonable and the ratio of student resource of other places in the country increase gradually of TJAU, the rate of employment and taking graduate examination are all increase year after year. The rate of employment of engineering course and characteristic major are higher. Tianjin becomes the best employment place of graduates, corporation is the main employment organization, and the match rate of major and working field is decreasing year by year. At the same time, the author presented some main factors which affects graduates' employment in TJAU, and brought out some countermeasures according to the factors which provide some reference for other universities.
