摘要
自然资源的现状关乎人类安全和社会的和谐发展。应用可持续发展的观点,从人类安全的角度重新审视自然资源的基本禀性,从哲学的角度寻找解决自然资源与人类安全问题的最终出路。
The state of natural resources is related to the security of humankind and the harmonious development of society. Based on the view of sustainable development, this paper reexamines the basic nature of natural resources from the aspect of human security and finds an ultimate solution to the problem of natural resources and human security from philosophical point of view.
