摘要
红外光谱表明经过钛酸酯偶联剂处理后的CuI/PET界面存在化学键合作用。偶联剂借助化学反应同Cul联结在一起,同时在高温熔融纺丝时,其结构上的烃酰基类基团也参加了与PET之间的酯交换反应。偶联反应能力与偶联剂分子结构有关。
The surface properties of untreaed,different titanate -treated CuI filler and CuI/PET were determined by FT-IR. The results show that the titanate coupling agent not only connected with CuI by chemical reaction ,but also reacted with PET by ester exchange reaction. The constitute of titanate molecular have important influence on the surface of CuI/PET.
