摘要 对PAN基预氧丝低温碳化处理,可获得碳纤维的半导电材料。本文研究了温度、湿度等环境因素与碳纤维电阻值之间的关系,找出了电阻值随环境因素变化的规律,并力图从微观结构方面给予合理的解释。 Semiconductive Carbon fibre is prepared form polyacrylonitrile preoxidized yarn by low temperature carbonizing treatment. The relationship between environmental factors such as temperature humidity,etc and the resistance of carbon fibre are studied . The rule that resistance varied with environmental factors is found and a resonable explanation from the view of microstructure is given.
