摘要
本文重点探讨了聚酯民用长丝生产的合理规模经济。应用数学模型作理论推导,得出我国目前切片纺长丝起始生产规模为5000吨/年,合理规模经济为2万吨/年;直接纺长丝起始规模为1万吨/年。在基地化的生产结构中,熔体直接纺的比例越高,企业的经济效益越好。
In this paper the reasonable scale economy of PET textile filament yarn production is explored emphatically. The results derived theoretically by a mathematical model showed the elemental production scale is 5000t/Y and reasonable economical scale is 20000t/Y for chip spinning while the elemental production scale is 10000t/Y for direct spinning in our country at present. In the construction of production base ,the higher ratio of direct spinning ,the higher economical efficiency for the enterprise is obtained.
