当前高校师德存在一些现象与问题,对高校的改革与发展、教师形象带来了严重的影响,因此,加强当前高校师德建设具有必要性和重要性。该文分析了高校师德问题产生的原因,并提出了当前高校师德建设的途径。

There are some phenomena concerning current university teacher＇s ethics. They have brought serious influence to university＇s reform and the development as well as the teacher image. Therefore, current university teacher＇s ethics construction is of necessity and importance. The article analyzes the reasons and proposes the construction ways.
