构建普通话教学培训测试的科学体系

Setting Up a Scientific System of Teaching-Training-Testing PTH

推广普通话工作以测试形式出现,在我国刚刚起步,并且正处于实践探索阶段,还没有现成的模式和经验作为参考。高校要在PSC实践中逐步构建一个集普通话教学、培训、测试为一体的科学体系,该文提出加强普通话口语教学是基础;强化测前培训是保障;确保测试质量是关键,同时要在工作中探索出行之有效的方法,积累丰富的经验,逐步使PSC走向科学化、规范化、制度化。

Though popularizing PTH in terms of testing in our country is just at the beginning stage of probing and experimenting, with no ready models and experiences to follow. We have gradually set up a scientific system combining PTH teaching-training-testing in the practice of PSC： reinforcing spoken Chinese teaching as a foundation, strengthening trainers and tutors before test as a guarantee, and ensuring the quality of test as a key, from which we have explored an effective way and more experiences, and achieved a lot in making PSC scientific, standardized and regularized.
