高速光纤通信中信号接收器的设计与实现

摘要 本文首先介绍了应用于高速光纤通信中信号接收的几种电路结构,并对其进行分析与总结,提出了采用光电转换的等效电路模型。然后对光电接收转换电路进行改进,提出了一种前馈式的信号接收器总体设计方案,并对该方案的性能进行分析,重点是信息传输的速度和误码率,详细介绍了前馈式的信号放大原理与实现方法。 At first, this paper introduces several kinds of circuit structures of the signal receivers applied in the high speed optical fiber communication, analyzes them and makes a conclusion. It provides the equivalent circuit model for the optical-electricity transformation. It also makes an improvement on the opticalelectricity receiver switching circuits, proposed the overall design plan for a forward feed signal receiver. Finally the paper analyzes this plan performance, especially the intelligence transmission speed and the error rate, and introduces in detail the forward feed signal enlargement principles and the realization method.
