中国共产党第十七次全国代表大会首次提出生态文明,这是我们党科学发展、和谐发展理念的一次升华。加强生态文明建设是构建社会主义和谐社会的基础。
At the 17th Congress of the Communist Party of China, ecological civilization was brought forward for the first time. This is a subhmation of the Party＇s scientific and harmonious development notion. Strengthening the construction of ecological civilization is the foundation of forming socialism harmonious society.
