20世纪90年代中期以来,随着非洲政治经济形势的日趋稳定和深入发展,国际社会日益重视非洲的地位和作用。以美国为首的西方大国全面深入调整对非政策,它们除继续推销多党民主和法制良政外,更加突出发展与非洲的经贸关系,加紧抢占非洲的市场和资源。文章分析了美国对非洲贸易政策调整的原因及其影响,希望能对我国对非政策的机遇与挑战产生一定的启示作用。

With the development of politics and economy in Mrica since the middle 1990s, the international society has increasingly attached importance to Africa. The western countries, especially the US, have adjusted their policies and focused on developing trade relations with Africa but only for the market and resources. This paper analyzes the reasons and effects of the adjustment, which would be beneficial to our Africa policy.
