About 2008 Guangdong Sculpture Exhibition

2008年1月1日至1月13日。由广东省文联、广东省美术家协会、广州美术学院联合主办的“转型·建构——2008首届广东雕塑大展”在广州美术学院美术馆展出。1月4日，“转型·建构——2008首届广东雕塑大展学术研讨会”在广州美术学院举行。

This exhibition has let us find many problems, among which a very important one is： as our college sculpture is based on realism and education, is realism a tradition nowadays？ A basis？ Or a resource？ What is the possibility of its development？ This problem will give us a lot of enlightenment on our sculptural education and creation. The most important thing to reconstruct college＇s authority is to establish values.
