CARTO系统指导下环肺静脉前庭电学隔离治疗心房颤动的初步探讨

Initial experience of circumferential pulmonary vein antrum isolation guided by CARTO for treatment of patients with atrial fibrillation

目的总结三维标测系统(CARTO)指导下环肺静脉前庭电学隔离治疗心房颤动的临床意义。方法12例患者(其中阵发性房颤8例,持续性房颤4例)接收手术,阵发房颤采用Pappone术式,持续性房颤采用联合Pappone及Nademanee术式。术后随访5～18个月。结果所有患者均成功达到消融终点,1例患者复发房颤。结论三维标测系统指导下采用Pappone及Nademanee术式治疗房颤是安全可靠的。

Objective To reported initial experience of circumferential pulmonary vein antrum isolation guided by CARTO for treatment of patients with atrial fibrillation. Methods 12 patients （8 patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation and 4 patients with persistent atrial fibrillation） were treated. Pappone＇s method were performed in patients with paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Combination of Pappone＇s and Nademanee＇s methods were performed in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation. All patients were followed up 5 to 18 months. Results All patients were successfully achieved the endpoint of ablation. 1 patient reeurrenee atrial fibrillation. Conclusion Pappone＇s and Nademanee＇s methods guided by CARTO is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with atrial fribrillation.
