P波离散度与房性心律失常关系探讨

The relationship between P dispersion and atrial arrhythmia

目的探讨P波离散度与阵发性(含特发性)心房颤动(AF)及房性心律失常(AR,含频发性房性期前收缩或多源性房性期前收缩伴或不伴短阵房性心动过速)的关系。方法观察测量30例AF(AF组)和30例AR患者(AR组)P波离散度、P波最大时限,并与34例健康人(对照组)对比分析。结果AF组和AR组的P波离散度分别为118.26±8.24和43.56±6.87,P波最大时限分别为117.46±8.58和118.26±8.24,与对照组(Pmax98.46±5.12,Pd27.98±5.32)比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01),且两组多数患者P波离散度≥40ms。结论P波离散度是预测AF和AR体表心电图的一个可靠指标。

Objective To study the relationship between P dispersion and atrial arrhythmia. Methods The P dispersion and Pmax were studied in 30 cases with atrial fibrillation （AF）.30 cases with other atrial arrhythmia （AR） and 34 healthy controls. Results The Pmax of AF group is 117.46±8.58,the Pmax of AR group is 118.26±8.24, the Pd of the AF group is 118.26±8.24, the Pd of the AR group is 43.56±6.87. P dispersion and Pmax to AF and AR were sigmficantly greater than those in healthy controls （the Pmax of control group is 98.46±5.12,he Pd of control group is 27.98±5.32） （P〈0.01）. Conclusion P dispersion is a reliable index to predict AF and AR.
