摘要 气测录井的气体组分分析数据通常由气相色谱仪提供,随着钻井技术水平的提高,在钻进速度越来越快的情况下,普通色谱仪由于分析周期长,已不能满足现场气测录井的需要。针对此问题,介绍了由大港油田集团地质录井公司研制的DML综合录井仪的快速色谱分析系统的结构组成、工作原理和微电子气体控制电路的工作流程,并通过与普通色谱系统的对比,阐述了快速色谱系统的优点和其基本的技术性能指标。技术分析表明,快速色谱系统较好地解决了快速钻井条件下气测组分数据的及时采集问题,尤其适用于及时发现与解释评价薄油气层和超薄油气层以及及时确定水平井着陆点。 The analysis data of the gas component in gas logging is com- monly provided by gas chromatography.With the improvement of the drilling technology level,under the condition of faster and faster drilling speed,the common chromatography can't meet the needs of well site mud logging as its long analysis cycle.As to this problem, the authors introduced the structure form,working principles and the working routine in the micro electron gas controlling circuit of the fast chromatographic analysis system of DML Comprehensive Mud Logging Unit manufactured by Dagang Geologging Company. By compared it with the common chromatographic system,the pa- per stated the advantages and the basic technical specifications of the fast chromatographic system.It was showed by the analysis that the problem of the in-time collection for gas logging component data under fast drilling condition is well solved by the fast chroma- tographic system,the system is especially suitable for in time ob- servation,interpretation and evaluation of the thin and over thin oil and gas reservoirs and the in-time determination of the taking off point for a horizontal well.
