利用山坡地发展工业,是一种工业用地模式的创新,有利于拓展工业发展空间,是山区走新型工业化路子的优选模式。发展"坡地工业"必须按照"集中、集聚、集约"的原则,因地制宜,以商补工,创新投融资方式,努力推进土地利用方式的根本性转变,形成既有效保护耕地资源,又有力保障工业发展的用地需求的良性双赢格局。

Using hillside to develop industry is an innovation of mode in industrial land, which is beneficial to expand industrial development space and is a priority mode in the industrialization of mountain areas. To achieve ＂slope industry＂ must abide by the principles of ＂ focused, concentrated, intensive＂, suit measures to local conditions, supplement industry with commerce, innovate in investment and capital circulation and make efforts to promote the fundamental transformation of land use patterns so as to form a min-win situation both in the effective protection of land resources and industrial land demand.
