叙述了一种以福建龙岩产的竹笋为主要原料,通过预处理、调味、杀菌等工序,加工成竹笋罐头的加工工艺。
The article narrates a processing technology of bamboo shoots can using the bamboo shoots planted in Longyan Fujian province through a series of processes such as pretreatment, flavour adding and Sterilization etc.
