米糠黄酮的逆流提取工艺优化研究 被引量:6

摘要 以水为提取剂对米糠黄酮逆流提取,研究了该工艺中影响黄酮提取率的主要因素,得出了合理的操作参数,即提取温度80℃,提取液pH 9,最初料液比1 g︰30 mL,提取时间逐级为30、20、15和10 min的4级逆流提取,此时黄酮的提取率及原料、溶剂的利用率均最高。 Countercurrent extraction was applied to extract total flavonoid from Apocynum venetun with water as the extracting solvent .Meanwhile, the effects of some key factors related to the extract rate of total flavonoid were mainly investigated .The results showed that the optimal conditions were as follows:countercurrent extraction of 4 levels,pH 9 at 80 ℃ ,with 1 : 30 as the original ratio of material to solvent,and 30 min,20 min, 15 min or 10 min as extracting time in respective gradient level.In conclusion,the extract rate of total flavonoid as well as the utilized rate of raw material and solvent were higher than other methoel.
