摘要
小麦面粉生产蛋白粉,玉米制作酒精,红薯、土豆制作淀粉后的浆料水,经压滤机后的废水,再经厌氧等工序处理未达到国家规定的排放标准。其投资大,成本费用高。利用基于光电检测与控制的水体固形物分离系统进行制作淀粉后的浆料水分离和经厌氧等工序处理后的泥水分离来降低生产成本及达到国家规定的排放标准成为现实。
Recently , the slurry water after production of albumen powder by wheat flour, alcohol by corn and amylum by murphy were turned into abandoned water after a pressing and sieving machine. The abandoned water can attain the let criterion of our country, after anaerobic process, which is a high investment and high cost charge. By a water - solid substance separating system based on photoeclectricity checking and controlling system, the slurry water can attain the let criterion of our country and at the same time it can reduce the cost charge.
