Make an investigation, present analysis to have problem and influencing factor by the fact that public physical education teaching, physical education course resource building to 16 Hunan province regular institution of higher learning. Have discussed the person here on the basis developing a countermeasure, have aimed at being that the public physical education of regular institution of higher learning educational reform provides a reference.
